The U.S. Embassy Celebrates International Education Week

As part of the U.S. Embassy’s International Education Week celebration, the Embassy organized a roundtable with the Columbia University Global Center (CGC) in Tunis, to discuss International Cooperation and the Future of Education in Tunisia. Thank you to U.S. State Department Near Eastern Affairs Press and Public Diplomacy Deputy Director Alica Lejlic, officials from the Ministries of Education and Higher Education and Scientific Research, to Academics, and to representatives of International Organizations for participating in this fruitful conversation. Exchange programs that the US provides to Tunisians contribute to advancing mutual understanding between the peoples of our two countries, build up English skills, and increase employability in Tunisia. We look forward to more collaboration with our partners!
