The American Embassy Tunis, Tunisia requests your best VAT free offer for providing services regarding the receiving, handling, and delivering of diplomatic unclassified pouch bags to/from the American Embassy Tunis and Tunis Air Fret, as per attached detailed Scope of work (SOW).

If not, and in order to gain time, in the award process, please start get yourself in the registration process. Contract cannot be awarded if contractor is not registered in SAM.
