The IRC hosted a workshop on SMART Governance for Small and Medium Businesses, led by Imen Ameur, Governance Consultant and former Research Assistant at Harvard Kennedy School. The workshop focused on the governance models that Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) need as well as the managerial and technological tools that could be used by SMBs as part of a SMART governance model.
