Business Reform and Competitiveness Project (BRCP)

BRCP is s a three-year project launched in April 2014. It is financed by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by the Pragma Corporation. The BRCP is designed to generate employment in Tunisia.

USAID has designed and financed BRCP to assist Tunisia in developing its market economy in order to help the country address its unemployment issue. Our main objective is to increase the number of employed Tunisians. We work side by side with our partners and stakeholders around Tunisia to provide assistance to companies, improve competitiveness, improve labor market efficiency, strengthen the Tunisian business environment and increase employment.

Our vision:

  • Establishing a shared vision with partner firms to identify and overcome constraints to enterprises growth ;
  • Creating a sustainable expansion in net jobs at the enterprise level;
  • Building the feedback loops between employer assistance and training/job matching/curriculum reform activities to create tangible impacts on training/placement outcomes and career development center capacity.
