Registration for the 2023 Diversity Visa Lottery can be completed at https://dvprogram.state.gov/ . There is no fee to enter. DV instructions also are available on the Department of State’s public webpage at  https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/diversity-visa-program-entry/diversity-visa-instructions.html . Remember to print and retain your online confirmation page after completing your DV entry so you can check your entry status.
